|  | FAQ |  | FAQs Q: How much do you charge for postage?
A: Postage is charged according to the weight of your goods. Your order will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery service in the UK (unless it consists entirely of items with free postage in which case it may be sent by Second Class post) or Airmail if you are outside the UK. I keep records of all goods posted. If you live outside the UK and your order is lost in the post it will only be resent if you have chosen the International Signed For postage option.
Q: Do you paint model kits from other manufacturers?
A: Yes! I am happy to consider painting any military models. My normal charge is £1 per mm, so a 90mm figure would cost £90 plus postage. Kilts, standards and horses cost from £1.40 per mm. I have a lot of painting work on at the moment so please contact me before sending anything for painting.
Q: Can you provide me with items for a specific regiment which are not on your website?
A: Possibly! Please let me know what you want and I will see what I can do.
Q: Can you supply me with artwork of a regimental design for my own use?
A: No. Most regimental badges are subject to Crown copyright. Some are also trademarks. To use them you would need permission from the Defence Procurement Agency.
Q: Can you supply me with a regimental flag or wreath for a funeral?
A: No. I would advise you to contact your local British Legion who may be able to help.
Q: Can you make a pin badge for a design not already stocked?
A: Possibly, but it depends how many you want. It is not economical to produce less than 300 at a time, atlhough you can split these between pin badges, tie bars and cufflinks.
Q: I like the drum note blocks. Can you produce one for my regiment?
A: Unfortunately not. These items are only available in 11 British units and there are no plans to produce more at present.
Q: Can I have a figure made to my own exact specification?
A: This is not a service I can offer, mainly because of the cost and length of time it takes to produce bespoke pieces.
Q: Do you sell original militaria or surplus clothing?
A: I can supply some restrike cap badges but I have no plans to broaden my ranges into original militaria or surplus clothing.
Q: Do you have a high street shop?
A: No, but customers are welcome by prior appointment.
