Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that I need to be able to complete the order.

I accept credit or debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. I also accept Paypal payments.

UK customers can also pay by sending a cheque drawn on a UK bank account or a UK postal order by post with your order. US customers please note that I cannot accept US postal orders or checks.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that I have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. I will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when I send you an invoice or sales receipt. I have included this term to protect me in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, I have inadvertently under-priced goods, or I am no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, I will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. This also applies in the case of an error regarding shipping charges.

By placing your order you are agreeing to subcribe to marketing information, such as news and offers, by email or post. You can unsubcribe at any time by emailing unsubscribe@militaryfigures.co.uk.

Shipping And Handling
Postage is charged according to the packed weight of your order. If packing items together would increase the risk of damage in transit your order will be despatched in more than one package.

I do not charge a handling fee but each order is subject to a charge of 50 pence for packaging materials. This is included in the Shipping fee shown on the website.

Please note that goods that due to problems with goods not arriving orders will only be sent to Italy using the International Signed For service.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch your order to you within 5 business days . UK orders are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery service and should reach you within 2 days of despatch. International orders are sent by Air Mail generally arrive with you about 10 days after despatch.

Back Orders
Most items are in stock. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled within 28 days we will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
I am not currently registered for VAT. This position is constantly under review and is likely to change in the future.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. I use Protx to process payments which means that your credit card details are never sent to my computer or held in clear text on any website.

Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I like all my customers to be happy! Please note that any items returned must be in the original packaging and condition. I cannot accept items which have been worn or used for refund. Refunds are limited to the value of the goods. In most cases I will not refund the postage costs. I do not charge a restocking fee.
