Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to
buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We also accept orders by telephone or post.
We accept credit or debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else
outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US
Dollars or your own currency. We also accept Paypal payments.
UK customers can also pay by sending a cheque drawn on a UK bank account or a UK postal order by
post with your order. US customers please note that we cannot accept US postal orders or checks.
International Money Orders may be acceptable by prior agreement.
Please note that it is not secure to send your credit card details by unencrypted email. If you
choose to do so it is at your own risk.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this shows that we have received your order. It does
not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence
a contract between us, when we send you an invoice or sales receipt. We have included this term to
protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced
goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change
of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. This also applies
in the case of an error regarding shipping charges.
By placing your order you are agreeing to subscribe to marketing information, such as news and offers,
by email or post. You can unsubscribe at any time using the button on the home page of the website.
Shipping And Handling
Postage is charged according to the packed weight of your order using Royal Mail Packet rate (orders
from UK) or Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet rate (non-UK orders). If packing items together would increase
the risk of damage in transit your order will be despatched in more than one package. All items are sent
using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or International Signed For services.
In the UK, rates are (inclusive of VAT):

UK customers can therefore purchase 4 pin badges for the same postage as 1, or a tie bar and
cufflinks for the same postage as just a tie bar, for example.
UK orders consisting entirely of fund raising items eg. Support Our Troops may be sent by Royal
Mail Second Class ordinary service.
Non-UK customers should note that the Royal Mail price bands are much smaller (every 20g) and
that the International Signed For service costs £3.50 in addition to the basic shipping. This is
included in the website figure.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch your order within 5 business days . UK orders sent using Royal Mail’s First Class
Recorded Delivery service should reach you within 3 days of despatch. International orders are sent using
Royal Mail’s Air Mail International Signed For service and generally arrive with you about 14 days after
despatch.
Back Orders
Most items are in stock. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled within 28 days we
will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate.
VAT is applicable to all orders from customers in the UK or the European Union. EU customers with a VAT
registration number should contact us before ordering, as VAT may not be applicable.
Orders supplied to non-EU countries (eg. USA, Canada, Australia) are not subject to VAT. Prices
on the web site are still shown VAT inclusive but any VAT is deducted at the checkout stage.
Orders supplied to BFPO numbers within the EU or relating to ships are subject to VAT.
Orders supplied to BFPO addresses outside of the EU may be zero-rated if written confirmation of
this is provided. The BFPO number must be assigned to an overseas base.
Orders to BFPO addresses relating to UK Forces in Cyprus or NATO forces in Germany will be subject
to VAT unless made by post using a Certificate of Entitlement authorised by a regimental purchasing
officer or other authorised purchasing body, eg. NAAFI.
The rules relating to VAT are extremely complicated. If you think your order should be zero-rated for
VAT purposes but the website says otherwise, please contact us before ordering.
Any VAT charged is shown separately at the checkout stage.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.
We use Protx to process payments which means that your credit card details are never sent to our
computer or held in clear text on any website.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt to
arrange return. We like all our customers to be happy! Please note that any items returned must be in
the original packaging and condition. We cannot accept items for refund that have been worn. Goods must
be returned in a suitable condition for resale. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the goods and
your original postage.
If you paid for your order using Paypal we will issue a Paypal refund. If you paid for your order
with a credit or debit card via Protx we reserve the right to refund you by cheque or by refunding your
card.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling legislation.

Privacy Policy
Debra Raymond Military Figures & Gifts does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other
than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will
not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store
delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me'
Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of this process. You can turn off cookies
within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies.
If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use
cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

- Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
